Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, phone number, and any details you submit through our forms. When you connect QuickBooks Online, we receive read/write access to time, payroll, customer, and invoice data strictly to provide the service.

We use your information to sync timesheets, run payroll exports, generate invoices, deliver product communications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.

We retain your account data for the life of your subscription and for 30 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted from production systems. Backups are purged within 90 days.

We use first-party cookies for authentication and analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as expected.

EU and California residents have the right to access, correct, export, or delete their personal data. Email support@timetraker.com to exercise these rights; we respond within 30 days.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We follow SOC 2 control objectives and undergo annual third-party penetration tests.
